Blue Belle Events will plan your whole day starting with the beautiful ceremony and finishing with a spectacular party – your reception!
At Blue Belle Events, we bring together the art of meticulous wedding planning with beautiful styling to create an exceptional experience just for you. If you are looking for a service that values connection, quality, timeless elegance, and romance, we’re here to bring your dream wedding to life in a truly unforgettable way. We don't just plan weddings; we curate moments that resonate with your unique love story. Our service is for you, if you seek a seamless blend of organisational excellence and creative brilliance, where every detail reflects your style and vision.
Our Full Wedding Planning Service Includes, but is not limited to: Dedicated Wedding Planner/Contact Source Ceremony and reception location, if required. Unlimited contact via email throughout the planning process.
Zoom meetings 1x Site inspection
Budget Management – creation and tracking of budgets, invoice collation with due date reminders and amounts owing. Source All Vendors Vendor Management – we handle all communication relating to your special day. Designing and styling, including themes and decorations. Present at your wedding rehearsal, if required. Wedding day timeline and distribution Oversight on your wedding day including managing vendors, working with the venue, time management, handling deliveries, and any other details that may pop up. On the day coverage up until formalities come to a close, with 1-2 coordinators based on the size of the event. *Extra time on the day can be requested, at an additional cost. Assistance with your floorplan. Coordination with suppliers for delivery, set up and pick up Overseeing setup Coordination with celebrant Attend and assist the bridal party Direct and manage the ceremony We are here to support you throughout the whole process!
